Bali Mask Making is renowned for its instruction in mask making, mask painting, and puppet making. Each individual project requires a different amount of time, materials, and tools to be completed, so it is good to discuss your goals beforehand.

The rate for instruction at Bali Mask Making is 400,000 rupiah ($30) per session (max. 4 hours). Students are encouraged to set aside 3-4 days for puppet making and simple masks.  More complex masks may require a week or more. Wood and carving tools are included during instruction. We can also arrange for you to purchase your own set of carving tools.
